This movie is a funny spoof of all superhero movies from Spider-man to the X-men. The main focus of the movie though is with youngster Rick Riker, who is bitten by a radioactive dragon-fly, Rick gains some powers except the ability to fly. As they say, with great power...comes great...i forget...
